Project Brief

DTG is a brand that specializes in offering custom printing services to individuals and businesses. Customers can upload their designs or choose from a selection of pre-made designs, and DTG will print the design onto their selected garments, such as t-shirts, hoodies, and sweatshirts. DTG uses high-quality inks and garments to ensure that the printed designs are vibrant, long-lasting, and look great on the apparel. We helped DTG automate its internal processes by designing and developing a custom panel that streamlined its production and order management systems. Our team worked closely with DTG to understand their needs and create a user-friendly interface that meets their specific requirements.

What did we do for this client?

For the DTG brand, we developed a custom panel to automate their internal processes and streamline their workflow. The panel was designed to manage orders, inventory, and customer data, enabling the brand to track its operations more efficiently. We also provided training and ongoing support to ensure clients could make the most of their new system. Our goal was to give the client a solution that would help them save time and resources while enhancing the customer experience by improving the speed and accuracy of their order fulfillment process. The result was a more efficient and automated process that enabled the brand to manage its workload better and improve its overall productivity.


The ideation session for the DTG brand involved brainstorming and generating ideas to create an efficient panel that could automate their internal processes. The session focused on identifying the pain points and requirements of the client to develop a comprehensive plan for the panel’s design and functionality.


During the DTG brand UX Research & UI Design stage, we conducted user research to understand the needs and preferences of the brand’s target audience. Based on the research insights, we designed a user interface that was intuitive, user-friendly, and visually appealing. The design was tailored to ensure seamless navigation and easy access to product information, with a focus on creating a positive user experience.


During the DTG brand Development & SEO stage, our team developed the website using the information gathered in the previous stages. We created a responsive website optimized for search engines, ensuring it would appear in relevant search results. We also implemented various technical features to improve the website’s performance and user experience.


We prepared the website for launch by testing all functionalities, ensuring that the website was bug-free, and optimizing it for search engines. We also trained the client on website use and provided technical support to ensure a smooth launch.
